I appreciate the call before they came out. The workers were very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Due to a miscommunication in my office, the funds to remove the items were not available that day. However, they did not get upset nor did they become rude but they managed to get approval and removed the items and allowed me to pay at a later time. That is customer service at its best!
