I never write reviews but I’ll make the exception for Junkluggers—they were that good. I had a pile of large and small items to donate that was taking up too much space in my garage. I figured that as long as they were coming, I might as well do a clean sweep of my entire house. I called Junkluggers for a last minute time sensitive clean out. Unlike the other companies I called, they were available for the very next day. The pricing was competitive. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was wonderful but my two man crew deserves my strongest praise. They were quick, courteous and a genuine delight to deal with! They even sent me a tax receipt from Habitat for Humanity listing the items they accepted. l would hire Junkluggers again in a heartbeat.

I wanted to donate some couches to a local charity but the people who came by struggled to move them and walked out!  So I scheduled with Junkluggers, who were extremely polite and professional, managed to donate the couches so they didn't end up in a landfill, plus took away a lot of random junk. Ryan and Brennan were super nice.

The Luggers were so careful and meticulous when removing our upright piano. Not one scratch wall or ding on our wood floor.   Great Service and definitely will be using them in the future!

Junkluggers service is amazing! Not only did they respond extremely quickly to our last minute appointment request. But they actually moved their schedule around to accommodate us. We were in process of moving out of our childhood home and unexpectedly needed a mass haul out of things that were suppose to have been picked up. I put in many quote requests through yelp and junkluggers had the thoughtfulness to call! We had a narrow pick up window first thing in the AM. So they checked with their morning client to see if they could reschedule for after. The reps called when they left with an ETA and even arrived early! Both guys were incredible kind, polite and calming! Moving is stressful and can be emotional, especially out of the childhood home you grew up in with so many memories and these guys had such a wonderful presence that upon their arrival we felt supported and at much more ease. They had to call my brother after it was over for payment and he even commented on 'what a nice guy'... how positive the rep was on the phone. He was really impressed. They are Highly Professional!!! And if you are wondering about their work....They did a fantastic job removing XL dining room set (2 long buffets and an 8-10 person table) from our basement, which had little room and a hairpin turn at the top of the stairs. Additionally, and in addition to the furniture in the garage and misc items and trash outside. They were done in less than hour. They gave us an AMAZING price! Then to add to the fantastic service they let us know when they arrived that what also sets them a part from other junk hauling services is that they donate items that are donatable and then send us the tax forms. We received the forms within a few days of the service. My mother and I became teary when we heard this as we were very saddened that this beautiful furniture and other usable items were going to the dump! if you need anything hauled don't hesitate to call or use Junkluggers. Their service is outstanding!

Highly recommend this company and will absolutely be using them for any future needs. They called to confirm the appointment, called when they were on their way, wore their masks and were quick and efficient. They also gave our son a fun toy junkluggers truck when they arrived which was so nice. And another plus is that they are green and will donate before they junk :)

I wish one could rate this company higher than a mere 10. From the first phone call to our entire experience with them, Junkluggers was professional, polite, and even cheerful. Dealing with any household's mess should create dour workers but the Junkluggers we had remained cheerful and efficient for the entire EIGHT HOURS (3.5 truckloads) they tirelessly worked on the 22-year accumulation of stuff in my parents' basement and first floor. They even went beyond expectations when they came across irreplaceable old photos of my grandparents, great-grandparents, and photo albums of relatives and came upstairs to ask if we would want to keep them. This, after our initially telling them to "get rid of everything." How awesome are these people?! It was painfully embarrassing to have strangers see my parents' "excess accumulation of goods" (again, 8 hours of labor; 3.5 truckloads should give one an idea) but Mike, Liam, and Brendan made us feel comfortable with their constant cheerfulness and assurances that they had seen worse. I can't express how grateful we are to them for making a highly-stressful situation 1000% better. The price we paid was fair and worth every penny. THANK YOU!

The showed up on time, did the work, and then some, and left the garage clean. I will definitely use them again!

Junkluggers did a perfect job of moving heavy furniture around to reconfigure a couple of rooms for me. The guys were friendly, professional, and my dog liked them too! They took on the worst part of the job -- moving a sofa bed down a flight of stairs with a landing -- with a smile. They were prompt, pleasant, and completed the work as promised for a fair price. Would definitely recommend and use again.

After our luggers were finished with a furniture removal at a condo in Elkins Park, customer Cyndy called our General Manager to give glowing praises about the job our team did. The items would not fit in the condo elevator, so they had to be removed down a few flights of stairs. Cyndy noted the team's care for the items as well as the walls they were working around, and also their professionalism and demeanor throughout the entire appointment. We asked for a quote on the weekend. We got one. In spite of the piles of snow and ice, Michael and Josh showed up bright and early on Monday. Carted everything off. The job went smoothly start to finish. We will definitely use them again!
