We liked the flexibility in the scheduling as they were able to accommodate our last minute request. The only negative feedback is related to the encouragement I received when scheduling the appointment for donating my piano when in reality, as I learned at the time of pickup, pianos are rarely, if ever, donated. Customer expectations should be set appropriately. I might have made a different decision had I known. This won't prevent me from recommending junkluggers because I like the recycling aspect of the business, but I'll warn people about large heavy items.
